Jill has been a full time licensed real estate agent since 2000 and also has her broker/ salesperson license. Hal joined her in real estate in 2017 after retiring from Jefferson College in Hillsboro. Jill has been a resident of Jefferson County Missouri for over 35 years and Hal grew up in the Florissant area and has been a resident of Jefferson County for the past 25 plus years. Their backgrounds give them the knowledge to service from Farmington to Ferguson and everywhere in between!
Jill and Hal are both FULL TIME agents and specialize in both listing and selling homes.
Jill holds a bachelors degree from Central Missouri State University (UCM), a Masters degree from Webster University and her teaching certification from Missouri Baptist University and has been licensed in Real Estate since 2000.
Hal also holds a bachelors degree from Central Missouri State University (UCM) as well as several professional licenses including his Series 7, Series 63, health and life insurance and has been licensed in Real Estate since 2017.

Hal retired from Jefferson Community College in Hillsboro in 2016 where he served the community through his work in the Continuing Education Department. His other experience includes Director of Jefferson County Growth and Development and has worked at both KTJJ and J98 (Festus, Farmington) as Program Director and on-air talent.
